Recap of today: Loved my turkey bacon with fried eggs and oven-roasted potato wedges!! Lunch was chicken salad and avocado. Dinner was a stir fry of chicken, onion, mushrooms and broccoli with cauliflower rice. Miss the soy sauce, but that’s OK for now.
What was a success today? I made my meal plan for the week, bought only what I needed, and prepped some food for the week ahead.
What was a challenge today? There are a surprising number of people doing this! The cauliflower crumbles were sold out at the store. 😦
How am I feeling physically today? I’ve been tired today. Not sure why. Was dragging in Zumba.
