Day 14

Recap of today:  Fried eggs in clarified butter with oven-baked potato wedges, lunch of pot roast and veggies leftovers (missed the gravy), and dinner of salmon, oven-roasted butternut squash, sautéed zucchini and cauliflower rice.

What was a success today?  Made it to day 14!

What was a challenge today?  Breakfast.  Ugh…eggs again.  How I long for a bowl of oatmeal with a little honey.

How am I feeling physically today?  My energy is back up.  Yay!
