Day 6

Recap of today:  Back to work today, but I did it! Breakfast of sautéed kale scrambled in eggs, lunch of homemade spaghetti sauce over butternut squash noodles, and dinner of grilled shrimp & eggplant and oven roasted cauliflower & sweet potato slices (leftovers from yesterday).  Folks, this is GOOD food that makes you feel GOOD!

What was a success today?  I went back to work, and I stayed on the program.  I was actually less hungry, as I was busy at work.

How am I feeling physically today?  My husband mentioned he has some lagging energy today.  I think his body is adjusting to no sugar.

Anything else interesting today?  I got up early to do my Tamal Dodge Hatha Yoga video.  Great way to start the morning!
