Day 5

Recap of today:  No food picture today! I got to see my oldest son on an overnight layover, so he’s the picture! But, even with his visit, we stuck to the plan! In fact, he was very encouraging. Today was the same breakfast as Day 3, salad with veggies for lunch, and grilled chicken wings and oven roasted sweet potato slices with cauliflower for dinner. A delicious day!

What was a success today?  I’m feeling less hungry between meals.
